Tikka T3x TACT A1 is a special development for law enforcement sniper application. The rifle is based on Sako’s famous Tikka T3 bolt action construction but made to meet the challenging requirements of long-range tactical shooting. The T3x TACT A1 provides straight-forward performance and ruggedness with just the right amount of adjustability and absolute precision, all in a compact package. The aluminium chassis stock system is compatible with the most common type AR-15 fore-ends, pistol grips and rear stocks, making the rifle fully modular to fulfill all operational requirements. Tender / Project specific amendments to barrel lengths and calibers can be considered.

The T3x TACT A1 features a folding stock, M-LOK forend and full aluminum chassis to answer the requirements of the most demanding law enforcement officers. Folded stock does not prevent bolt operation in fast situations. When folded, the rifle fits into a small space and is quickly accessible.
A light sniper rifle should have a suppressor or muzzle brake to reduce the noise and muzzle flash so that the officer doesn't get blinded in the dark. It will also make it difficult for the target to locate the officer's position. T3x TACT A1 has M18x1 or 5/8-24 muzzle thread for muzzle brake/suppressor mounting.
Accessory-friendly rifle enables officers to customize the weapon to suit their specific needs and situations. 13.5” fore-end with M-LOK interface ensures maximum effectiveness in attaching accessories. The Picatinny rail on the receiver provides a solid platform for day scope mounting and ITRS for NVD, LAD and other accessories.
