BALANCE. LIGHTNESS. WEATERPROOFING
Balance, lightness and weatherproofing – for those who demand perfection.
How do we manufacture Carbon Fiber barrels?
Our carbon fiber barrels are manufactured using wet filament winding, where resin-impregnated fibers are wrapped around the barrel in optimized angles, layer by layer, forming a tight oversized composite package. After winding, the carbon fiber is precision-turned to the final external profile to ensure consistent geometry and fit. The barrel is then oven-cured to stabilize the laminate structure and lock in mechanical properties. Finally, a UV-protective layer is applied for long-term surface durability. This process enables engineered stiffness by controlling fiber orientation, while also optimizing heat transfer for improved thermal management during use.
A carbon fiber barrel made for accuracy
Replacing much of the thickness of the steel barrel with a carbon fiber construction lowers its weight considerably. The balance point of the rifle can be optimized by lowering the weight throughout the length of the barrel. Having the center of gravity in the mid-part of the rifle improves aiming and handling.
